My wife and I visited to collect my new car, we were looked after really well. The Sales Executive was excellent and took plenty of time to show us the car.
After looking for a car for more than a year and not finding one, I didn't feel I was been taken care of by several car dealerships and regularly offered nothing for my part exchange. I just wanted to feel I was getting a deal. The Sales Executive was great at customer service, he looked after my family and myself and he delivered a good personal touch, making buying a car a positive experience. I felt he was trying to do his best for me. I would recommend Vertu Honda Doncaster to other potential customers and even return myself.

Between my father and I we must have had over 6 cars now dealing with the same Sales Executive at Doncaster's Vertu Honda branch over the years. And to be honest, we will no doubt be back again for more cars. There's a high level of trust we have with the sales executive we deal with and he's never let us down in all the years we've been dealing with him. Extremely happy with our purchases and how the sales executive handles everything in a very frank and honest way. This is what's needed in all trades. Trust is hard earned and easily lost, but we are confident with the sales executive we always deal with. There's no one else we prefer.

An excellent experience choosing my first ever new automatic car from HONDA Doncaster on Motability. The staff members put me at ease and was very pleasant to talk to. I looked at the Jazz and was impressed with all its features and they had the ones I was looking for. The Sales Executive took me for a test drive in one and I was nervous but he put me at ease straight away and asked if I had driven an automatic before, when I said no he said i'd pick it up really easy. Explaining the differences between manual and automatic. He went through all the paperwork with me, the colour choice and offered to pick me up to collect the car when it was ready. He kept in touch all the way through the process and collected me on the day and time as promised. When I collected the car he offered to take me for another little run in it to get use to it again. All in all it was a happy, friendly and excellent experience from start to finish. I loved the surprise unveiling of my car and cant thank or praise the sales executive and the other staff highly enough for all they did and for putting me at ease on the day. I would certainly recommend HONDA to family and friends and also to anyone on motability. I can honestly say i'm one very, very happy lady owner of a Honda Jazz 1.3 iVTEC EX

After visiting a number of car showrooms, it was like a breath of fresh air when we entered the Honda showroom! We were attended to immediately, efficiently and with the upmost professionalism, which of course resulted in a sale. All round excellent service.
