The Motability Specialist took the time to ask about my background without being intrusive and explained the plus points of a 3008 in terms I could understand. I felt at ease through out my test drive. I was offered a coffee and I ordered a car there and then. On the day of collection I was made to feel very important and that it was a very special occasion. My car was in the middle of the showroom under wraps and was "unveiled " for me. I have had my new car approximately two months....The staff at Peugeot Banbury have been more than helpful.

The call is answered by the very polite girls . I was called back almost immediately and my problem solved. That is the reason why I have spent over a quarter of a million pounds with you ( 23 peugeots at a minimum of �10k each). All the staff were very professional and kept me informed of the works in hand. The organisation of a courtesy car as a substitute whilst mine was in the workshop was an added bonus and really not expected. I was extremely happy with the way the Sales Executive dealt with all aspects of the sale, from the time we first came in to consider buying a Peugeot. He was knowledgeable, engaged and dealt with the whole matter in a professional and pleasant way. I did not feel at all pressured to buy. I feel I can call to ask questions about the car, even though the answers may be in the handbook. I was also pleased not to have to make the petrol station my first port of call.

I cant praise you enough, not only did you sort my problem to my satisfaction, you dilvered such great service my partner bought a new car from him! I have been in several times since to fill in paper work etc and you always goes out of his way to chat and even remembers my name.
