I would like to make you aware that your Bristol Street Motors Harlow dealership have provided me with exceptional care and attention. I approved the work to be carried out, Tony arranged a courtesy car for the following day. When i collected the car Tony invited me through to take a look at the work that had been caarried out. We discovered a rubber grommet was in the incorrect place.
Tony then provided a diagnostic report to the insurance company and ensured that the repair was completed with a new mirror fitted.
Throughout the whole time Tony was supportive, understanding, professional and commited to providing first class service. He is a credit to your company. The whole team at Bristol Street Motors Harlow were very good and my experience will have a positive effect on my future decisions.

Chaz, the sales guy, was extremely helpful and courteous. Although we were not buying a new car he went out of his way to show us a car that we would have missed.
