I was recommended by a work colleague to use Skoda Darlington due to the brilliant customer service she had received. The Salesman who dealt with us was very friendly but professional and very helpful in finding my used car at another Bristol Street Motors garage. The car was ready on time and then when there was some previous damage discovered when the car arrived at Darlington it was arranged for a courtesy car to be provided while the repair was done. I have been very impressed with the service received and I will certainly recommend to anyone in the future. My colleague also received �50 for recommendation which she was thrilled about!! A special mention for thier understanding and availability from the moment we met to the moment I picked up the car. For me what made the difference compared to other car showrooms was I was given the space to choose and ask questions without any pressure to buy. I visited Skoda because of a recommendation from a friend in Ireland part tongue in cheek. But I came away with the car that fits my needs [looks good and is a very comfortable drive] and the whole experience was very positive.

I wish to place on record the first class service afforded to me by a lady and member of your sales team in Darlington Skoda Her product knowledge and consideration towards me in buying my new car was second to none, in fact she is a credit to your organisation, her attenuation to detail was in fact a breath of fresh air. At a time when some like to complain about the smallest of matters, I thought it only right to bring to your notice this person who was not only kind and understand, given my age, but also a person that was willing to take her time going over every aspect of the sale with me including explaining every part of my new car. Working in retail myself I know how important customer service is...I visited your Darlington branch today for a service and mot...I have to say the service was phenomenal...I had a courtesy car given and being an automatic I couldn't even get it out of the parking bay (much to my annoyance and embarrassment) let alone drive 16 miles to get to work..the girl who dealt with me offered for someone to take me to work and pick me up...grateful was an understatement...a Salesman took me to work and picked me up..what a pleasant young man he was..i would like them to be recognised for the awesome service they gave...a credit to your branch
