I am a single woman with not a great deal of knowledge when it comes to cars but I had a specific type of car in mind. The Sales Executive was able to find exactly what I was looking for. There was no hard sell with anything. A massive bonus was the 0% finance on offer which, for someone like myself, who doesn't earn a great deal was great. I feel safe in the knowledge that I have bought a car from people I trust and aftercare and advice is available should I require it. All said and done a painless and pleasant experience. I just wanted to congratulate Bristol Street Motors for the outstanding customer service I received from the Sales Advisor at your Waltham Cross garage today. My car was booked in for its annual service and MOT but she quickly spotted that someone had made a mistake with the type of service plan I had been put on and rectified it immediately whilst keeping calm and reassuring me that I was going to get the service I was expecting. She also called me after I left to update me on the progress of my service and any recommendations the engineers advised, lastly I had a call as soon as my car was ready did me to collect and had already got the paperwork ready for me to sign up to another service plan which she was more than happy to do.
Throughout the process she remained calm, polite & courteous at all times and is a credit to your company and made me feel happy even when she spotted the initial problem, please pass on my thanks to her and I look forward to returning in the future
