Exceptional customer service from the Sales Executive during the whole procedure of buying my new car. The Sales Executive was professional throughout, but also very friendly, courteous and helpful. They have excellent knowledge of VW cars and conducted both the purchase and handover in a way that gave me confidence in the car and the Mansfield dealership. This is the 4th VW I have purchased from Mansfield and, on each occasion, I have been completely satisfied with my dealings with the team. The service department has also been very good when I have brought the cars in for regular servicing.

The Service Advisor was brilliant, only had a MOT this time and received first class service. Very efficient and they even had the car washed before handing back.

We had a problem with the gearbox on our Tiguan. We were traveling back to Suffolk (11/4/2022) after a family holiday in Bakewell. We limped our way to your Vertu VW Mansfield garage in the hope that they may be able to give us some advice. On arriving my husband spoke to the Service Advisor, who immediately looked at the history of our car on the computer. They could see that we only ever use a VW garage and that the car is well maintained. They promptly found an technician to look at the car. We could see that the garage was extremely busy and we had not expected to be given such outstanding service. All given with a huge amount of empathy and kindness, even to our chocolate Labrador! The technician diagnosed the fault and reassured us that we should be able to make it back to Suffolk, albeit having to stop every time the fault reappeared to reset the car. We made it home safely and have the car booked in at our local VW garage today. However, having always had VW cars and only ever used VW garages, we have never experienced such amazing customer service and goodwill. If only your garage was in Suffolk, as we would certainly be using you to look after our VWs! Once again, we can't thank the dealership enough. Best wishes.
