Do you want to see your very own helmet design cross the finish line at the iconic British Silverstone Circuit?

Click2Drive from Bristol Street Motors, along with W Series, have teamed up to bring you a rare opportunity in British racing. To celebrate the partnership between our buy online technology, Click2Drive, and W Series, we want you to plan, create and submit your own unique design to be hand-painted by industry-leading specialists across our incredibly talented drivers� racing helmets.

Our racing drivers celebrate the very best in British racing. We have Alice Powell, began racing at eight years old and became the first woman to win a Formula Renault Championship in 2010, also the first woman to score points in the GP3 Series. Jessica Hawkins, took the British Karting Championship aged just 12 years old, progressing to achieving a podium finish for the 2014 Michelin Clio Cup, and the runner-up spot for the 2017 Mini Challenge.

How do you feel about racing legends, Alice Powell and Jessica Hawkins donning your design?

Our racing dream duo will be sporting your unique design on their racing helmets for the British leg of the W Series 2022 racing season, which falls alongside the Formula 1 Lenovo Grand Prix 2022, at Silverstone Circuit.

Take inspiration from our rich British racing heritage and allow your creativity to race. Helmet design has been a prestigious honour throughout the history of motorsport, with many designs going down in history as truly iconic. Stamp your own design into racing history with us.

Please steer away from copyrighted material and offensive language, we want to see your championship-worthy original ideas showcased in your submission.

So, what do you need to do?

Download a design template (we�ve got Illustrator or JPEG files here for you to choose from), spend some quality time in order to create your unique design digitally or hand drawn, and then send your submission in to [email protected].

All submissions are required to be in by 5th June at midnight.

The announcement of the winning design will be made at Goodwood Festival of Speed on the 25th of June, and you will be able to see your design�s debut on track at the Silverstone leg of the W Series Championship, alongside the Formula 1 Lenovo British Grand Prix, across the 1st � 2nd July.

Win Your Chance To Design A Click2Drive Bristol Street Motors Racing W Series Helmet

How would you like the chance to see your helmet design debuted at Silverstone Circuit, over the 2022 Formula 1 Lenovo British Grand Prix weekend, courtesy of our Click2Drive Bristol Street Motors Racing W Series team?

All you need to do to enter is complete a downloadable design template provided, get designing and then submit your completed design to [email protected].

For an entry to be valid, it must not contain any of the following material:

- Copyrighted images, graphics, or characters.
- Offensive language or images.

Entries must also keep to the design areas specified in the downloadable templates and must not remove or edit in any way any pre-existing elements of the template.

This competition is provided by Vertu Motors plc, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 05984855 whose registered office is at Vertu House, Fifth Avenue Business Park, Team Valley, Gateshead, NE11 0XA (Vertu Motors plc) and has been pre-approved by W Series Limited, who owns and controls all commercial rights in W Series (WSL), (together, the Organisers)

1) PRIZE:

ONE winner will have their designs painted on each Click2Drive Bristol Street Motors Racing W Series Driver helmet for the W Series race at Silverstone, 1st � 3rd July 2022. There is no cash alternative and the Prize cannot be exchanged for any other prize.

2) ELIGIBILITY:

This competition is open to any resident in the UK. Entrants below the age of 18 must have parental consent in order to submit a valid entry to this competition.

Employees of the Organisers and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees� families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

3) TIMING:

This competition commences at 12:00pm (BST) on Thursday 19th May 2022 and closes on Sunday 5th June 2022 at 12:00am (BST) (Promotion Period).

4) ENTRY:

To be entered into the competition, you must complete the design template provided and submit your completed design to [email protected]. For an entry to be valid, it must not contain any of the following material:

- Copyrighted images, graphics, or characters.
- Offensive language or images.
Entries must also keep to the design areas specified in the downloadable templates. No designer is to remove, resize or move the logos already incorporated in the template. Entries must be made before the closing date, 5th June 2022 at 12:00am. Vertu Motors plc holds the right to refuse any entries that are not completed before the submission end date stated and/or do not comply with the design regulations set out.

5) WINNER SELECTION:

The competition winner will be selected by W Series drivers, Alice Powell and Jessica Hawkins and WTF1 founder, Tom Bellingham, at their absolute discretion (the Judges). Each person may only enter once. Entries will be ineligible and not accepted if they:

- are incomplete
- are found to be part of an attempt to use multiple accounts to enter
- violate the rights of any other person or entity
- are received outside of the Promotion Period (See 3) (TIMING)
- are reported to violate the terms governing use of the Website.
No purchase is necessary to enter the competition. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Vertu Motors plc is not responsible for lost, corrupted or delayed entries. Vertu Motors plc reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates these Terms and Conditions.

6) USE OF YOUR ENTRY:

The winner of the Prize consents to their full name and winning helmet design being made publicly available and posted on social media as the winner of the competition. They also consent to permit or take part in any additional publicity which may be reasonably requested by the Organisers. Any other personal data you provide when you enter may be used for future Vertu Motors Plc and/or WSL marketing activities if you indicate your consent to such activity. Otherwise, this personal data will be used by the Organisers and agents acting on their behalf only for the operation of this competition.

7) THE HELMET DESIGN:

You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights relating to W Series including but not limited to the W Series logo that appears on the template helmet design is the sole property of WSL. You (and Vertu Motors plc) acknowledge and agree that this competition shall not operate to grant, assign, or transfer to you (or Vertu Motors plc) any intellectual property rights in the W Series logo, together with any goodwill in the same.

[By submitting your helmet design and so entering the competition, you assign to Vertu Motors plc absolutely with full title guarantee all rights, title and interest in and to your helmet design and further you waive absolutely, being the sole designer of the helmet design, any moral rights arising under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 in relation to the helmet design and, so far as is legally possible, any broadly equivalent rights you may have in any territory of the world].

8) NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:

ONE winner will be selected by the Judges from 6 June 2022 (for further details see 4) ENTRY above). The winner will be contacted by Vertu Motors plc or agents acting on its behalf via the Website to claim their Prize. If a potential winner has not confirmed receipt of the notification within thirty-two (32) hours of the first attempt, another winner may be selected to replace them and the potential winner will cease to be entitled to the Prize. The winner may be asked to provide documentation proving their identity and eligibility to enter the competition before they are announced as a winner.

9) OTHER:

No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, the decision of Vertu Motors plc, or WSL as the case may be, shall be final. Vertu Motors plc reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice before the Prize is claimed and the winner confirmed. Participants in this competition agree that neither Organiser or its subsidiaries or group companies will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, costs, damage, disappointment or losses of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of a Prize, or from participation in this competition. Nothing in this clause shall limit Vertu Motors Plc�s or its subsidiaries or group companies� liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or liability arising out of Vertu Motors Plc�s fraud. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.

10) SPIRIT OF THE COMPETITION:

If an entrant attempts to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this promotion by hacking or by cheating or committing fraud in ANY way, each Organiser may seek damages from that entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law. Further, Vertu Motors plc will disqualify that entrant�s entry to this competition and may ban the entrant from participating in any future competitions, so please enter fairly.
