We had been very impressed with the service team at Bristol Street Motors (Citroen) in Nottingham when we had cause to book a lease car in with them for repair/service. So when we decided that we did not want to lease any more, but buy a car, we decided to drive from Lincoln to Nottingham (on 19th June 2022), in the hope that the Sales Team would give just as good a service as their colleagues on the service desk. They certainly did give as good a service! The Sales Executive welcomed us (we had not made an appointment) and instantly put us at ease - we had been expecting possibly a 'hard-sell' attitude but they were very relaxed and friendly and were keen to hear what it was we were looking for in a car and to be able to give us a good deal. They spent a lot of time with us to ensure that they knew what we wanted, what we could afford and to see what deals were available - they also involved the Business Manager who was equally accommodating and they both took a lot of time to research and worked hard to look for a great deal for us. We had intended just to get some numbers and go away and think about the matter - but we felt so at ease and assured that we were being given a great deal, that we signed up on the spot and bought the car! We are hugely grateful for both the Sales Executive and the Business Manager and the time they took with us. I have always been slightly hesitant to put my full trust in someone who is trying to sell me something - but I can honestly say that I had no such reservations after meeting with the Sales Executive and Business Manager. They made what could have been a very stressful experience, easy- and are a credit to the company and deserve plaudits for their friendliness, knowledge and customer service. We are so impressed that we firmly believe that we will only ever deal with Bristol Street Motors in future car services and purchases!

I have been a customer of Citroen Nottingham now since 2009 and this would be my 5th used vehicle from them. The sale of the previous and latest vehicles have been dealt with by the same Sales Executive l and on both occasions I have to say that I have nothing but the upmost admiration in the professional manner in which they conducted themselves throughout the whole process of both sales. They are polite, well mannered, courteous and they kept me informed with anything that was necessary. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. My wife and myself have a lot of respect for them and wish them nothing but the best. The Sales Executive was so professional & friendly from the moment I walked in. Taking your car for service and MOT is a chance as you don't know what you are going to have to pay out. The Sales Executive kept me in the loop at every stage of the process. Great service.

I had a problem with my car a little while ago, which was causing an intermittent fault with the ABS. A software update did appear to fix the fault, but the same problem re-occurred today, but this time culminating in the car juddering to a very sudden halt on Derby Road. Worried how safe the car was, I managed to get going again and I drove gingerly around to Bristol Street Motor's Nottingham. The service team were more that happy to help and sorted the problem out, ensuring my car was safe to drive with three kids in tow. I wanted to say thank you to him especially. He was friendly, professional and reassuring, he went the extra mile to help me and I really appreciated this.

I just wanted to ensure management knew they had a fantastic employee and a friendly approachable service team on the desk who didn't hesitate to assist me.
