This is a big pat on the back! This morning I visited Bristol street Motors Citroen Nottingham to obtain some replacement number plates. From the moment he opened the door for me one off the ,I think, salesmen could not have been more helpful. He organised someone to make the plates, fetched me a chair (I am disabled) and then got someone to fit them for me. This was all done with a smile, even though it was clearly not part of his job. I have recently purchased my vehicle and have to say how very satisfied I was with the service I received at the dealership, especially from Kevin. He kept me up to date with the progress of the delivery via email and phone.
Everything went to plan and the extras that I ordered were all fitted when I came to pick up the vehicle. Also the valeting was to a very good standard.
