Firstly, the dealership price matched a cheaper garage nearby, then sent me a video email of the minor faults on my car. Simple rectifications done very cheaply. They looked after me and my vehicle as if I was the only person visiting the dealership that year!

I was able to enter the dealership and drive away my new car in a matter of weeks. From start to finish the sales execs have built a strong rapport with me which eased the car salesman stereotype I was expecting to face, and made me feel like the consumer was more important than the sale. (I know it’s not but it’s rare to feel like that nowadays!). Having visited other dealerships, the sales execs really stood out in their role. As a Store Manager myself I recognize that they all went the extra mile to provide a great experience to gain, and maintain, a customer for Nissan. Everyone has supported me with all the decisions I needed to make during my car buying journey and was honest, trustworthy and friendly. I will be buying my next car from this dealership and would definitely recommend it to anyone I know looking for a car in the future. I wished to make you aware of the fabulous service I experienced at Bristol Street Motors, Derby where I have just purchased my first ever ‘brand new’ car – a Nissan Juke N-Connecta.
Having previously worked over 12 years within customer service I must commend the staff there.
Their knowledge was excellent.
They clearly explained every detail from start to finish in what I was buying, and when the car did arrive on Friday they went through the vehicle with me and even set up the radio channels.
The salesmen were all a true credit to the company and I thoroughly recommend anyone purchasing a car there.
I also look forward to coming back in 4 years’ time to ‘swap’ my Juke for another one!
