I recently purchased a Dacia Duster from Nissan Sheffield. Originally, I was in contact with a Sales Executive over the phone regarding my interest in the car, who was great at ensuring I had all the details and even asked if there was anything about the car I specifically wanted to know more on. Once I arrived at the Dealership, another Sales Executive was very welcoming, cracked a few jokes and made me feel at ease straight away. The Sales Executive was happy to answer any questions I had after my test drive, but didn't put any pressure on me for an immediate decision. The Sales Executive explained all about the warranty and payment procedures, they made it easy to understand and took their time to ensure everything was understood properly. We went back and forth a few times swapping small bits out of the package which I'm sure was probably a pain, but nothing seemed like too much trouble for them which I really appreciated! Due to working full time I struggled to find a good day I could come up to collect the car as I don't live nearby. Instead it was decided that my car could be delivered to me, this was literally the perfect solution to my situation and took the stress of trying to find time straight off my shoulders. So I just wanted to say a thank you to everyone who helped towards my purchase, but especially to the Sales Executive who just made the whole process seem so easy and go smoothly!
We picked my daughters Motability car up on Friday. I want to say the Sales Executive is such a lovely young person. From the outset they made us feel welcome gave great advice. They spoke to my daughter Holly who has learning difficulties and were very patient, kind and understanding. Holly gets very anxious when things don't go to plan and the car delayed. I emailed them regularly and they would give us the information and update more than normal. They are a credit to the company and I think they deserve to be recognised for outstanding service. People often only complain. I would recommend Sheffield Nissan to anyone. Their manager came over asked if we were happy, anything they could help with and to let me know if there's anything I need help with to contact them. Great team, great service from both.
I would like to say that I have recently purchased a used Mini Hatch from yourselves. The Sales Executive was a lovely person who had managed my sale and I have to say what a pleasure it was. I was a little anxious buying online not having seen the car but they reassured me all the way. They were pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. They answered all my questions with no issue. Everything was very smooth and no problems. I was very impressed that they did what they said they were going to do and kept me informed all the way through the process and returned my calls when they said they would. I am very impressed with the service I had from the Sales Executive. Thank you for making this a happy experience.
I would like to say how professional the Sales Executive was when I went into Bristol Street Motors at Derby. They were such a genuinely nice person who did everything they could to make sure everything was to our satisfaction when we bought our car from them. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a real pleasure to do business with them, thanks to them we now have a lovely new car without the hard sell or pressure to buy which is sometimes associated with buying a new car.
So helpful, the Sales Executive took their time to ensure I was getting the right first car and for a good price. Made my experience so special and even surprised me with a bouquet of flowers to congratulate me on buying my first car.

I recently bought a new car from your Darlington Nissan dealership. The entire process from the start, when ordering the car, to picking it up last week has been faultless. The Sales Executive's customer service has been exceptional. They have kept me up to date with delivery times etc. whilst waiting for the car. When I picked up the car the experience was fantastic and smooth. The Sales Executive could not do any more for me. The car is great and it was a absolute pleasure dealing with Bristol Street Motors and the Sales Executive. I will definitely be back to buy my next car from you. 10 out of 10... 5 stars...
I visited Nissan Bradford on 7th May. I have a chronic back condition and needed to try the seats in SUVs. If I found a seat that had the potential to be comfortable for me, I wanted to do a test drive. The sales executive was incredibly helpful. They listened to everything I needed from a vehicle and spent some time trying to find the right car for me. They were polite and friendly all the time and I did not feel under any pressure to purchase the vehicle. They made it very clear that their aim was to find a car that was suitable for me and I really appreciated their approach. I had already visited a number of dealerships and I can honestly say that the experience with them was the best I had all day. If only all sales people in the industry used their sales technique! Very good service, the Sales Executive was great with my parents as mum has dementia, he was friendly and understanding. The car was under a sheet which made dads day. Thank you again for your service we will tell other people about your service.
