Just popped in today to look at Motability vehicles. The level of service supplied was absolutely excellent. We met the Sales Executive, who was superb, the manner and level of service was beyond what I had expected. I just could not fault in their ENTHUSIASM and professionalism. The customer service, help and advice from your Sales Staff was amazing. I'd like to take this opportunity to let you know the Staff at the dealership were first class. We contacted your dealership this morning and arranged an appointment, we turned up early which was no hassle for the staff. We were extremely happy with the time, care and effort taken by the staff to explain everything to us and making sure we were happy about our deal and the car. It was above and beyond anything we have experienced at any other dealerships. Just outstanding! We first saw the car at 11.30am and left the same day just after 7pm, we couldn't believe how quick and efficient the sales staff for the deal and car ready to do. I would not hesitate recommending your dealership to anyone, especially the great Sales Staff, an absolute credit to the company. I purchased my car in September 2018 from the Nissan Ilkeston showroom and was extremely happy with the service I received at that time and relieved that I wasn't given the 'hard sell' as I have had many times from garages when looking for a vehicle. Last week I noticed a problem with my brakes and rang my local Nissan dealer (Leicester - not part of your portfolio) but they couldn't look at my vehicle until the end of the month which was not acceptable as it was a safety issue. I contacted Ilkeston on Monday (14/1) and they told me to bring it in first thing Wednesday morning and they would carry out a complimentary visual health check on the car for me. I arrived at 8am and decided to wait to see what the issue was as I can work remotely so sat working for 1.5 hours, and was well looked after with constantly being provided tea/coffee. The issue was with my brake discs (a build up of corrosion) with the rear needing immediate attention and the front ones starting to corrode. I decided to get it sorted out immediately and was advised that it could be done that day. I asked for a price for all 4 to be done and was advised by the Service Manager (Mark) that as I had only had the vehicle 5 months that there would be no charge. I fully expected to have to pay as I am sure this would have been classed as a wear and tear issue rather than a warranty issue, although I did think that perhaps there might be a discount offered due to the short period I had owned the vehicle. I left the garage that evening impressed with the high level of service I had received - the friendliness of the staff was the best I have received in a garage (and I have been driving and managing my own vehicles for 41 years so have plenty of experiences for comparison). The very fact that I didn't even have to raise the issue of the short period of having the vehicle and the brake discs was refreshing - and I would have tried to negotiate at least a discount due to the time frame. I will not be using my local Nissan garage but will be taking my vehicle back to Ilkeston for all work/services going forward as I have faith in the fact that I will be treated fairly and with respect. I wanted you to be aware of my positive experience and to let you know that you have some good staff at Ilkeston and that it is so refreshing to see a fair and extremely responsible approach to customer service - this is rare these days and I for one am extremely grateful. Credit where credit is due and in this case it certainly is. Thank you.

I would just like to thank the service team, particularly Louise, for dealing with my car which I booked in for a simple MOT.

I bought the car from there and was very impressed with the service, so decided to return. Firstly, the dealership price matched a cheaper garage nearby, then sent me a video email of the minor faults on my car. Simple rectifications done very cheaply. They looked after me and my vehicle as if I was the only person visiting the dealership that year!
