I am writing to tell you about the experience we had in the obtaining of my new Qashqai mobility car. In the past we had some negative experiences and three years ago we went to a new dealership. We decided to return to this site due to the change of ownership and we were not disappointed. Everything from the choice of car to the actual handover was perfect. We were treated with respect as individuals in a friendly and professional way, and not as "mere customers". No question was too trivial and we were never hurried or made to feel awkward. Everything was explained very thoroughly and fully demonstrated where necessary until we felt confident. A follow up call the next day reinforced any minor concerns. A very positive experience.

I have purchased my last three cars from Bristol Street Motors Darlington. The first one was way back in 2000. A Seat Ibiza and three years later a Seat Leon which I had for ten years. My latest Leon was back in 2013. I took this one back into the garage in 2015 as the turbo had gone. BSM said it wasn't the turbo and changed the Accentuator. Then in May 2016 it went again so took it back and they again changed the Accentuator but because it was out of warranty it would have to be paid for. However, they said they would go halves for the cost. A couple of months ago had the same problem and took it back into BSM. They said it was the turbo and after having a discussion with the Service Manager he said he would look into it and came back to say that they would fix it free of charge. While it was in getting repaired there was a horrendous wind and something blew into the car and damaged it. They fixed that and when I went to pick it up found it was scraped right on the boot. Spoke to the Manager again and he got a specialist to look at it and now they are going to repair these marks free of charge. This may sound like a complaint but actually I just want to thank the manager for the professional way he has handled all the problems I've encountered over the last year. He couldn't have handled it any better and for that I would recommend BSM Darlington to anyone and I believe that because I was a loyal customer they have bent over backwards to help.

My experience at your dealership was first class, the sales executive took care of everything keeping me informed all the way. I visited 3 other dealerships before choosing this one. I liked the way I was shown all the features and different models no pressure just sound advice!!! It was nice to meet a sales man that knows his products and how to treat people properly. Visited Nissan Derby this morning as my Qashqai would not start the night before and the battery was flat. The service department were exceptional in managing to squeeze my car in on the last day before Xmas. They arranged a lift for me into Derby city centre whilst my car was being sorted out plus a pickup back later on. Nothing was too much trouble for the driver. Fantastic service.

Having trailed around a few local garages and radio 'experts' without success I called in at your Halifax branch and was helped by a lady. First of all can I congratulate you on your new flagship Nissan Dealership at Port Dundas I purchased my Nissan Note in November 2015 from the Executive there who was only weeks in the job as a salesman I booked my car in a few weeks through your head office and was impressed by another guy who asked what day suited me so I was booked in for today. When I arrived at 8 a m this morning I was greeted with a welcome smile from one of the women then the service advisor came out to welcome me to the flagship dealership. When I returned to pickup the car he gave me a brief tour of showroom and parts dept of which I purchased a keying, the young chap was very polite and courteous and had only been with you for 7 months. My car was brought to the front all washed and hovered out and a complimentary air freshener. Can I just say 10 out of 10 to all your staff I have worked in the motor trade for 42 years in the taxi side, so its nice to give credit where due.Keep up the good work
