Very impressed with overall service very polite courteous in other words nothing too much trouble from senior management to front desk all very helpful salesman. The Salesman looked after me talked me through all the options available, never at any time did I feel like just another customer, he made me feel very at home. I have been recommending them to my friends. I have been to other car sales sites and they are all interested in just making a sale. This was about me and my needs not my money.

I have just bought a new car from Renault on Bristol street cars Gloucester.when I arrived the sales person came up introduced himself to me with a warm smile shook my hand asked if I would like a coffee and showed me to his desk with no presser. We talked about the car I wanted then went though all the sales pitch that he had to talk about then we went out for a test drive which I felt this was the right car for me still with no presser. We then sat down and talked about fingers again no presser to buy the car he got the right price and monthly payments for use we bought the car it arrived at the showroom in 10 days as promised, who took me through all the points on the car again in great detail at no point did I feel rushed to leave in a rush deffenley will be going back to buy my next car from this lovely sales man .

Just a few words to day that I am delighted with my new Captur.i would also like to comment on the fantastic way that your sales person looked after myself and my wife during the whole process.we were supplied lots of coffee everyitme we were in the showroom. Once again thank you.
