It is very rare that I write to a company, this is the third time that I have felt compelled to write following service beyond expectation. Excellent service should be recognised in my view. I wish to bring to your attention the excellent service that I received whilst buying my car at Dacia Renault Gloucester recently. My closest Dacia dealer is walking distance from where I live. However, they were so disinterested in selling me a car that I looked to the next nearest – Gloucester. Right from the start the impression was good. Both the sales exec and his manager, could not have been more attentive or accommodating. Indeed, they personified excellence in customer service. I would like to take this opportunity to express how incredibly satisfied I am with the service I received from the Sales Executive in your Renault Gloucester dealership. From the first moment I walked into the showroom to the point I drove away in my new Kadjar, the service I received from the Sales Executive was beyond exemplary. During the order process and the period until the car was available for collection, nothing was too much trouble for the Sales Executive and whenever I had a question, she was always prompt with her response, she took time to talk to me to make sure I was happy with the response and kept me informed during the progress of the order. On the day I collected my car, I was made to feel particularly special and felt like a very valued customer. During the hand over the Sales Executive took her time to explain the various functions of the car, helped set up the car to my liking and spent all the time I required and was incredibly patient. Having spent a number of years working in a Customer Service environment myself, I can honestly say that the service I received from the Sales Executive was of the highest order and should be used as an example to others.
