My car was picked up from my home address at approx 8.30am as previously arranged. Within a few hours my car had been returned to myself after being diagnostically checked, issues dealt with, cleaned inside and out and I had received a detailed video of work completed. This is most impressive and I would like to give feedback as I feel the garage went above and beyond. Every member of the team ie the initial booking in, the technician and driver were all exceptional. Bravo ! please ensure all respective parties are deservedly praised ! Can I take this opportunity to give a positive review of the way I was received and treated by the staff at Bristol Street Nottingham Renault. Out of dozens of vehicles, your salesman quickly identified several possible cars based upon my criteria, and that afternoon I signed for a used Vauxhall. I was also persuaded to have the Diamond Polish option, and a 2 year warranty package.
Throughout the process, your salesman represented your company well. All in all a very pleasurable experience.

The whole process of buying my used car, from the initial phone call to my driving it off the forecourt, was absolutely first class. I cannot praise the salesman highly enough. Throughout the whole process he was incredibly friendly and helpful, he answered every question expertly and honestly. At no point did he comes across as pushy or that he was trying to just make a quick sale. I have a friend whose car has seen better says and I will be recommended this branch and salesman when she is ready to get a new car. Three different individuals have accompanied me to the branch over the past couple of days and all were bowled over with their helpfulness and knowledge. The service i received has been outstanding. All of the staff had great knowledge and advice, they did all they could to make us feel comfortable and well looked after. I would also like to add that all of the branches we visited looking for my motability car we were given excellent service by all members of staff, they were very polite and happy to make sure that my wife and i were looked after.

After having my lovely Twingo written off in an accident, I found a replacement on Bristol Street Motors website. The Sales Executive who dealt with me at Haydn Road was so good! He even showed me a better Twingo than the one I saw on the website. Now, less than 3 days since seeing the car, I am the proud owner of a fantastic little red Twingo.The Exexutive was courteous and extremely knowledgable...even showing me where the tyre inflation kit was (I swear you'd never find it!) and offering to set up my mobile phone on the Bluetooth. He patiently answered all the questions on my list whilst offering me a hot chocolate on a very cold day! The showroom offers free customer wifi as well as hot drinks. I didn't feel pressured during the transaction, and he was always happy to run through anything I wasn't sure about. I would certainly recommend a visit to Bristol Street Motors on Haydn Road in Sherwood, Nottingham. Some lovely used cars for sale and a very helpful and friendly team. Thanks!..I'll be back!
