I would like to thank not only your service department but also the sales department for wonderful service when my car window got stuck open on a Sunday afternoon. Your service team went above and beyond to make sure I had a secure car (eventually giving me a courtesy car to use so that my car was secure in your service area). My Car has been into Renault Exeter twice in the last 2 weeks and both times I have received excellent service and a courtesy car without any hassle or having to pre-book weeks in advance. I bought my car from Renault Exeter in November last year and at that time I also received superior service from you're Sales Executive who sorted out Renault finance for me and sold me the extended warranty which has already been worth the extra monthly money I am paying.
