I gave some verbal feedback today at Crewe BSM and it was suggested I email them to you in writing. I was not looking for a new car but received a mailshot re �9999 zafiras and thought I should investigate, I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful, professional and courteous service and the effort put in by Matt and the Sales Manager to conclude a deal. The discounts on the list price plus a discount for cash and a �250 coupon persuaded me to go ahead and order a new car today even though my original plans were to buy a second hand car next year. They must be doing something right !

Just a quick email to say thanks to your team for sorting out my new car, especially Stuart, Dan and Andy. Stuart sold me the car and was brilliant throughout the whole process, remaining very professional at all times and is a massive credit to your business.
