I received excellent customer service when I took my car in for a service and mot.

I saw a Corsa online I wanted to buy but it was 80 miles away in Durham. I rang the company, spoke to a trainee, agreed to buy the car but he was unsure about taking a deposit so passed me on to the General Manager. We chatted a little and it turned out he was coming to a lodge only a mile from my house that week on holiday. As I'm disabled due to chronic illness I cheekily asked if he would drive my new car over to save me the 160 mile round trip......and he said yes without hesitation! Two days later the car was literally delivered to my door - he'd driven my car and his wife had driven their children over in their car. Not only that, but I was charged nothing for delivery. There's service and there's service above and beyond the call of duty and taking up the first day of your hols working is just that. My experience of Durham Vauxhall was friendly, efficient, honest and extremely helpful and I'd recommend them to anyone

Dear Sirs I am just writing to tell you about the absolutely excellent service I receive at the above garage. I am now driving my sixth Vauxhall Corsa. I have used this garage since moving to Durham, I have had all of my services done there, bought a car there and go for all my car needs. They go out of their way to be helpful, I was booked in today for my service but was feeling unwell yesterday so dropped in and asked them if I could leave the car and them return it to me today. The service manager dropped me home. Today they telephoned me to make sure I knew what was going on, gave me a great price for the two items I needed, brakes and wiper. They sorted the car, I paid on the phone and they delivered it home for me. They are always like this, I don't think I have ever received such fantastic service. I cannot remember the lady on the service desks name, I just thought I would write and let you know how fab they all are. it seems nothing is too much for their customers

Excellent customer service provided by your sales executive, never before have i encountered someone so helpful and so utterly professional. The sales executive went the extra mile to explain everything and put me at ease making the whole process simple. I would definitely buy here again.
