Jonathan delivered excellent service even though I went in a few times over a period of 6 weeks and didn't commit to the sale for a while he didn't make me feel I was being a pain. Gary the sales manager also delivered excellent customer service and both were very approachable throughout the whole time.

I bought my Zafira from Patricks of durham at the start of this year I had nothing but problems with breaks and gear box and leaking water it went back and forward and still not fixed they said that they was no fault and was told by the service team the car was meant to do it. Then I found out that Bristol Street Motors had taken it over and took my car to the Newcastle branch the staff were very welcoming and friendly I took my car in and your service team was very helpful my car was in for a day and found to need new discs and pads because mine were warped bad �my radiator had a crack in it so new discs and pads and new radiator were fitted under warranty I am very happy with the service a received at you garage it was so nice to have such excellent costumer service after the unhelpful way I had been treated. The staff at Bristol Street Newcastle are a real credit to Vauxhall. Many thanks.
