Just wanted to pass on thanks to the Service Manager and their team in the Service Department at Bristol Street Hexham. They have serviced the whole families cars for years and they are always super reliable, ultra competent, calm and deal with everything effectively and very efficiently. Recently dropped the car in for a service and repair and didn't pick it up myself so couldn't say thanks personally so passing on my sincere thanks through this medium for todays repair - I wouldn't trust anyone else with the car. Over the past month I have visited almost every car dealership in Newcastle and Gateshead looking to purchase a car and despite seeing a few cars that were a good option I came across some extremely pushy sales advisors and also experienced some pretty poor customer service. I called into Bristol street motors in Hexham as I was passing and I have to say it was a breath of fresh air. The service I received was second to none. I got a great deal, and purchased a lovely car and they really helpful every step of the way. Not once did I feel pressurised into buying which I can't say for almost every other showroom I visited! The handling of the whole sale and the aftercare was superb, and while I very rarely provide feedback to any company I wanted to share the fact that the sales executives I dealt with real assets to your brand. Thank you.
