I just want to send you this email to tell you about the amazing service I got when buying a car from Martin at Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Lichfield. From the moment he started dealing with me he was so friendly and made us feel instantly at ease, and went out of his way to give us a great service.

I had my car in for a squeaky noise, the problem could not be fixed on the day, and parts needed to be ordered. I just wanted to comment that throughout the process your team and especially the lady who dealt with me (Emma) were so very good with communication and Customer Service.
