I have just picked up my new Motability car and felt you should be made aware of the excellent customer sservice from the staff and in particular the sales executive. From the minute we walked through the door we were made to feel most welcome by all the staff. The sales exec was always welcoming and made us feel very important - that in my book is exemplary customer service.

I bought my car 4 years ago from you and recently had a problem with it. Within 10 minutes of being served my car was on the ramp and the problem diagnosed.
