The Sales Executive is outstanding. Very courteous, polite, informative. They are a credit to the company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to advise any of my friends or family on buying a new vehicle.

I went to a number of dealerships before I bought my car and the Sales Executive was the most loveliest, professional, knowledgeable person I spoke to. My 2 year old was being rather difficult and they managed to help entertain her whist talking through the particulars of the car with me. After I'd made up my mind about the car my husband had to give his seal of approval this is where the Sales Executive was excellent, they helped talk him through the particulars and just had a lovely helpful attitude. Overall EVERY single person I spoke to was extremely helpful, even if they weren't dealing with the sale, even if it wasn't their department. The ENTIRE atmosphere at this dealership was so friendly, nothing was too much trouble, they didn't even mind my 2 year old making a noise. I really hope all your dealerships are like this because I will definitely be recommending you to anyone and everyone to asks (or doesn't).

I bought a Renault Captur from this garage at the end of February. Although I had only gone out for a loaf of bread and had just popped into the branch to have a look what what kind of cars were for sale. I could not have been treated any better. My first encounter was with a sales exec who gave me time to have a good look around the stock without pestering me. They then introduced me to another sales exec who was knowledgeable about the cars on sale and nothing was too much trouble. They found the perfect car for my requirements and dealt with everything from the paperwork to going through the basic driving away instructions. I've had quite a few cars in my lifetime but have never been treated better than I was by them. It was a pleasure doing business with them and will recommend the Mansfield branch to all friends and family. Well done, you are a credit to the company.
