I just wanted to contact you about some amazing customer service I have received from your branch and two staff members in particular.
I am a motability customer and after having a Nissan car for the last six years decided to go this time for the new Tucson.
Initially I dealt with an Advisor who was very knowledgeable and efficient and kept me posted on the deposits, ordering processes etc.
When we came for the test drive a different Advisor took us out and he was great explaining the benefits and features of the car, and I decided to order.
Again they kept me updated and we arranged to take delivery of my new car on
28/1/16 This is when the excellent customer service came into its own. The week of 28/1/16 my husband and I became quite ill with a significant virus and by mid week it was obvious to me that we were too unwell to be able to get the car, so I contacted the team to tell them.
Basically, he took over the situation for me and kindly arranged for the car to be brought up to me, the paperwork completed here and my Nissan car to be taken. I was so grateful of this I cannot tell you - it was such a relief.
It was another sales man who kindly brought the car for me and as I was still quite unwell was very kind, patient and courteous and even helped take the things from my boot out, which helped me. He also took the time to show me a few basics of the car which was kind of him. He was a pleasure to deal with.
I want to thank these members of staff in particular and your dealership for this excellent customer service that helped me at a difficult time.
