Dealership Scoops Top Industry Award At The 12th Auto Trader Retailer Awards

Bristol Street Motors Used Cars Derby is celebrating after receiving the coveted Customer Experience Award at the Auto Trader Retailer Awards.

The Derby-based dealership was selected as part of Auto Traders independent mystery shopping process, with parent company Vertu Motors plc beating off competition from 13,000 other UK retailers to receive the accolade.

The Auto Trader Customer Experience Award recognises the retailer that offers car buyers the very best customer experience across both their online and offline channels.

Thousands of Auto Trader’s best performing retailers were gradually whittled down to just three Customer Experience Award winners (stocking under 50 vehicles, 50-100 vehicles and over 100 vehicles) by a mystery shopping process which involved emailing 1,000 customers, telephoning 500 customers and face-to-face with 150 customers.
