Ford S-MAX claims Best Used MPV award
In the What Car? Used Car Awards for 2013, the Ford S-Max took with the title of Best Used MPV, doing so for the second year in a row.
It is also the third time in the car's history that is has claimed the award, demonstrating the quality the S-MAX delivers to customers.
Chas Hallett, editor in chief of What Car?, said: "The Ford S-MAX is a great people mover and has seats for seven. It’s also the MPV choice for people who are not great fans of MPVs.
"It offers flexibility, space and practicality, but drives and handles just like a regular passenger car, as well as being economical to own and run.”
On winning the award, managing director of Ford Britain Mark Ovenden when on to praise the road range for its value for money, engineering and market appeal, while stating that the it is "great honour" to achieve the recognition from the magazine.
Mr Ovenden was pleased that not only does Ford pick up accolades for its brand new vehicles, but that its offering of used cars is also pleasing customers and experts alike.
