Infiniti to show updated Q70 at this year's Paris Motor Show

Infiniti will show its much-updated Q70 at this year's Paris Motor Show, with deliveries expected in December.

Recently launched in North America, the revised edition of the Q70, which was previously known as the Infiniti M, will include both exterior and interior updates.

Exterior changes bring the look closer to that of the all-new Q50 mid-size premium saloon - front and rear bumpers become more chiselled in appearance, while headlights maintain the 'Infiniti eye', using LEDs now as standard equipment. Taillights are also rendered more visible through the use of LEDs. Plus, 18-inch alloy wheels come as standard.

Around View Monitor (AVM) is also included, which aids with parking manouevres and tight urban situations, thanks to its arrangement of cameras, sensors and lasers.

On-board comfort has been improved with modified suspension, and several points around the body and chassis structure have been revised to reduce noise.

The Q70 comes with a 2.2-litre turbo-diesel four-cylinder engine producing 164bhp.

There is also a hybrid version combing an electric motor with a throaty 3.5-litre V6 petrol engine, which has been updated with dual-clutch control to increase electric range.

Interior changes include an enhanced smartphone connectivity interface, additional 12V outlets and added storage.
