Latest Porsche Boxster Spyder could appeal to new car buyers

Petrol heads are likely to be excited to read that Porsche has launched its latest Boxster Spyder model in its sportiest incarnation yet.
Engineers at Porsche have modified the vehicle to make it 80 kilograms lighter than the previous offering, providing a more authentic roadster experience for new car buyers looking for a performance vehicle.
The open-roofed model is boldly styled and boasts a long and elegant rear lid as a new feature. Meanwhile, the design has been made cleaner to give the vehicle more of a sports car appearance.
Fitted with a direct fuel injection system, the model offers 320 horsepower and can accelerate from zero to 62 miles per hour in 5.1 seconds using the manual transmission.
The model is priced from £42,508 and new car buyers can choose from a range of optional extras, including sports seats and ceramic brakes.
Earlier this month the performance car brand displayed its new Cayenne model at the Geneva Motor Show. The vehicle is set to go on sale in the UK in May.
