Mazda set to launch luxury MX-5
Mazda has announced that it will launch a luxury version of its MX-5 sports car.
The MX-5 Venture Edition features a range of luxury additions and advanced technologies, as well as premium interiors and exteriors, such as light gun metal 17-inch alloy wheels.
On the interior, the model has Havana Brown heated leather seats, alloy pedals, cruise control and climate control air-conditioning. Drivers can also use the 5.8-inch touch screen satellite navigation system as standard.
Based on the Mazda MX-5 SE and Sport Tech models, the Venture Edition comes in one of three colours: Metropolitan Grey Mica and exclusive to this model, Radiant Ebony Mica and Crystal White Pearlescent.
It is also available in soft-top or Roadster Coupe.
"Special edition models of the MX-5 have always enjoyed incredible popularity in Britain," commented Peter Allibon, sales director at Mazda UK, "and now the Venture Edition offers a unique combination of a premium cabin feel, sophisticated exterior and advanced technology, in a sports car that remains unrivalled as an exhilarating drive that can also be used everyday."
Just 250 models of the soft-top and 550 of the Roadster Coupe will be made available in the UK.
