SKODA's popular Octavia vRS receives a specification boost
SKODA has boosted the specifications of its flagship model range, the Octavia vRS.
A new 4x4 option has been added to the range, which boasts the 2.0 TDI 184PS diesel engine coupled with a six-speed DSG as standard. The family car offers the perfect combination of power, performance and practicality, with the Octavia's advanced technology 4x4 system constantly monitoring the traction at each wheel and directing power to whichever axle that requires it.
The Octavia vRS 4x4 doesn't sacrifice speed for its all-wheel capabilities, and can accelerate from 0 62mph in just 7.6 seconds.
Technology features in the Octavia vRS include a capacitive touchscreen display, SD card slot and dual-zone climate control with humidity sensor. The exterior of the Octavia is equally as impressive, with 18-inch Gemini anthracite alloy wheels, bi-xenon headlights and sports suspension as standard.
Since its introduction in 2001, more than 30,000 Octavia vRS models have been sold across the UK. This latest specification boost, which will be available from later this year, looks set to boost the car's popularity even further.
