Bristol Street Motors Hyundai in Peterlee has taken top honours for 'Customer Care' at the respected Motor Trader Industry Awards 2014. The dealership's ability to make every customer experience exceptional helped it to clinch one of the most sought-after accolades in the automotive industry.
Bristol Street Motors Hyundai Peterlee won over the judging panel with its team's passionate approach to customer care, which has led to an excellent customer retention level and customer satisfaction scores for sales and Aftersales in excess of 97% for the past two years.
The Motor Trader Customer Care Award is one of a number of awards for the team and comes after the dealership was placed third in Hyundai's 2013 Customer Satisfaction Excellence Awards, out of Hyundai's 2,500-strong network of dealerships across Europe.
