A pump maker has chosen the Vauxhall Vivaro van as its main vehicle for field service engineers.

SPP Pumps converted its entire 17-strong fleet to Vauxhall Vivaros after viewing a demonstration of the vehicle.

It was chosen due to its comfort and car-like driving experience, as well as its modern appearance and functionality.

SPP Pumps operations manager John Warren stated: "We chose the Vivaro because of its high level of specification to which we added the electric pack, which provides features such as electric windows, mirrors and remote locking."

He added that the company opted to include air conditioning and improved seating across its fleet.

The firm also operates three Vauxhall Combo vans and one Vauxhall Movano dropside truck, which allow it to maintain a high level of safety for critical clients.

According to Vauxhall, the Vivaro includes ABS, EBD, airbags, height-adjustable seatbelts, tinted windows and two-speed windscreen wipers.ADNFCR-3205-ID-800041130-ADNFCR
