I have purchased my last three cars from Bristol Street Motors Darlington. The first one was way back in 2000. A Seat Ibiza and three years later a Seat Leon which I had for ten years. My latest Leon was back in 2013. I took this one back into the garage in 2015 as the turbo had gone. BSM said it wasn't the turbo and changed the Accentuator. Then in May 2016 it went again so took it back and they again changed the Accentuator but because it was out of warranty it would have to be paid for. However, they said they would go halves for the cost. A couple of months ago had the same problem and took it back into BSM. They said it was the turbo and after having a discussion with the Service Manager he said he would look into it and came back to say that they would fix it free of charge. While it was in getting repaired there was a horrendous wind and something blew into the car and damaged it. They fixed that and when I went to pick it up found it was scraped right on the boot. Spoke to the Manager again and he got a specialist to look at it and now they are going to repair these marks free of charge. This may sound like a complaint but actually I just want to thank the manager for the professional way he has handled all the problems I've encountered over the last year. He couldn't have handled it any better and for that I would recommend BSM Darlington to anyone and I believe that because I was a loyal customer they have bent over backwards to help.

Took my car in this morning to sort out Air Con (not working since purchased in May 2016) the car was in for 9am and I got a call at 11.30am to say it was ready to collect. The Service lady was more than helpful, so would like to say a massive thanks for the excellent service & would highly recommend Bristol St Motors to anyone. What I would like to say is that the service we have had thus far from the new car sales team and Bristol Street Nissan in Darlington, has been fantastic. The engagement by the staff, in particular, Andy and Neal, has been spot on. Neither pushy, or condescending but most of all honest and 'human'.
