I just wanted to take the time to pass on my compliments about the service I received from Victor last week.

I phoned your garage on spec last week as I had seen a number of used Nissan Jukes on your web site.

I spoke to Victor and explained my requirements and he went out of his way to meet them. When he said he would come back to me he did and I was impressed with his can do attitude and professionalism.

As a result I have bought a car from you and although Bristol Street Motors Darlington is quite a distance from Blaydon, if first impressions are anything to go by, I will be a repeat customer with you.

I ordered my Nissan Micra from Bristol Street Motors Nissan in Darlington i just wanted to say what excellent customer service i recieved from Chris!

We recently purchased a new Nissan X Trail from Bristol Street and we would just like to say how pleased we were with the sales person, Chris who assisted us. Nothing was too much trouble for chris and he was both friendly but professional in the service he gave. I called in on spec as a key symbol flashing light appeared on the dash board. I was greeted by Nigel who advised me that the battery in the key fob probably needed replacing. He took the car away and after a nice hot chocolate and a look at the showroom cars he returned with the problem solved- a new battery- at no charge! Thank you very much. We then had a discussion about the upgraded features on the new Qashqai . Nigel was very well versed in the new model and I am looking forward to calling back for a test drive. I left a very satisfied customer and each time I visit your service just gets better. Well done and all the very best for a successful New Year.j
