5 Star Aftersales at Nissan Darlington. Contacted Helen regarding noise / rattle when turning steering wheel. Car booked in at 8.30am the next day for technician test drive. Neville identified 2 concerns and immediately put onto ramp in workshop. Within 15 minutes, cause(s) identified, shown to me in workshop and repaired. Neville even offered to have my car washed! Brilliant Customer service :-)

I would just like to 'thank' the 'team' at McMullen Road Darlington for their outstanding customer service.
Both my wife and I decided to visit the dealership and We were met by a sales executive who has recently joined the new sales team. He made us very welcome, at ease and very comfortable during our discussion over a new Nissan Micra. We are loyal Nissan customers and this will be our 4th Micra.
Despite being new to the new sales dept his manager was very supportive to him and us and explained the various options to us. After a look around the showroom and cars, a hospitality of tea and coffee and further discussion we decided to trade in our old car and we look forward to our new car. I was delighted to be treated as a customer and not just another sales number.

Having had my car serviced by you recently. I was very impressed with the level of service provided by your team. My initial telephone call was greeting by a very pleasant,helpful and obliging member of staff, she arranged a date for the service at my convenience. Pick up and delivery service was 1st rate. On its return, my car had been washed and vacuumed for me which was a bonus. Thanks to all concerned for their efforts.
