Especially from the Motability Specialist, she was very professional & clear in her presentation we always felt comfortable in her presence we never felt belittled or pressurised into making any decisions. On the day of delivery we were very impressed with the presentation, the car covered in the red cover the little card on a stand with our names on it. What a fantastic friendly experience/service myself and my husband hand when purchasing our Nissan Juke. Your Sales Executive at Darlington Nissan was exemplary in his customer skills and knowledge. Then our dealings with other staff were second to none, from keeping us informed on the progress of our car. The best bit was when we were sent a text photo with my new car after it had the tribal decals fitted.
