I only have good words about the service I am getting from Bristol Street Motors Northampton. I took my car in for its MOT today and once again the Advisor on the service desk was courteous, friendly and efficient. The salesman who dealt with me last year, saw me at the service desk and he was his usual pleasant self asking how things were with me and if all was ok with my car. Even the guy who rang me a couple of weeks ago to book my car in was super kind and very efficient. 10/10 Made to feel most welcome and valued. Thanks

I came to view the car on bank holiday weekend and met with the Business Manager who let us view the vehicle inside the show room as it was raining outside, very thankful and it was a great idea. I then took the vehicle for a test drive with the Sales Executive who very patiently took me and my family for a long test drive to my home to see if the car would fit in our garage and it did so we came back and purchased the car. My car recently broke down and had to be towed to your Bristol Street Nissan in Northampton on a Sunday night/ Monday morning. I contacted the service department first thing in the morning and my car was promptly booked into your workshop to be repaired and was ready by the end of the week. This was a particularly stressful time as I use my car daily commuting to work and back. I was to say a special thank you to the service supervisor who kept regular contact with me regarding the progress of the repair. She is a true professional and a real credit to not only the department but to the company. Thank you!

She was very professional and never pushy which we appreciated. She listened to out requirements and pointed us in the right direction. We feel that she got us a good deal and made things run smoothly, in fact, she appeared to go out of her way to ensure that we were satisfied. We did run into some difficulties relating to finance at one point. This situation was dealt with by another sales executive, who again, was very patient and knowledgeable. I wanted to take the time to praise the knowledge of one of your staff. His works in new car sales in the Darnley branch. He took a lot of time explaining the various Nissan Juke models to my Mum and arranged a test drive . He explained all the features and was extremely professional. He ensured he provided us with different and varied payment plans to suit our needs and was extremely polite and well mannered and not pushy. I hope that this can be passed to the branch as we feel he set an excellent example to your company.

This is the second time I have taken my car in for a minor problem and I am very impressed with the staff and the service. They are courteous, efficient and extremely helpful. I would say they go the extra mile to ensure everything is right especially as my car is a mini and not a Nissan.

Took my car in this morning to sort out Air Con (not working since purchased in May 2016) the car was in for 9am and I got a call at 11.30am to say it was ready to collect.
