My vehicle has been maintained to a high standard by your technicians, but the customer service seems to have jumped up a gear since the arrival of Ian. He has made annoying faults and a 30 plus mile trip to Exeter worthwhile by the standard of ownership and attention to detail he has shown. I do hope he continues with your company for a long while, because the service he has shown to us makes us want to come to Exeter for our minor repairs rather than have them completed locally!
