I would like to thank the sales executive for all his help in getting my car ready. He demonstrated that he was knowledgeable courteous and passionate about what he does. We werent originally due to collect the car until the end of august but due to a change in circumstances he arranged for it to be ready for collection sooner at short notice fully serviced, valleted and with the Diamond Brite work done on it. It looked great. If you could pass on our thanks and hopefully we will be dealing with Seat in the future.

Recently my drivers window was smashed, I rang Tracey at Bristol Street Motors in Derby - as usual Tracey was excellent, calm and so very helpful, instructing me to bring the car straight over to secure in the garage overnight. The sales guys ensured my car was secure and a cup of coffee was waiting my arrival. Mark on sales insisted he took me home as I had no means of transport. Tracey had ordered the glass and it was fitted the very next day. Just a huge thank you to the team, it is rare to get such extraordinary service!
