I recently purchased a new Exeo via Sue, which I had chosen for a company car. Sue excelled herself with the level of service and knowledge towards me and did all she could to answer any questions. She accomodated my requests very well and I found the whole experience a total pleasure.

During our visit at the dealership my partner spotted the Seat Ibiza 1.2 TSI FR. Whilst I was sorting out my vehicle I had left my partner with John. John showed great knowledge, the perfect attitude, and was very patient. We also then ordered my partner her car. Overall John was very proffessional without being over the top.

We have recently purchased a Seat Leon SE Copa 16TDI DSG + body kit from Bristol Street Motors in Derby. We are very pleased with the deal we were offered, the trade-in value of our used Seat, and the quality of our new vehicle. At all times your staff were pleasant and helpful. In particular we would like to thank Martin the Salesman, and Neil the Business Manager for being so positive, enthusiastic and responsive to our wishes, which made it a very pleasant purchasing experience.

We called in at Bristol Street Motors Seat Derby just to have browse as we did not have an exact car in mind that we wanted. We were then approached by a Salesman named Fitz, who was very helpful. He tried to help us find a car within our budget and then we found one we really liked. Then before you know it we were taking it out for a test drive.

All through this process Fitz was very friendly and answered all the questions we asked. Basically from start to finish the service was brilliant. Fitz made sure everything was perfect, he did all the things we requested with no questions. I would remecomend a friend or a family member to buy a car from your dealership.

I recently took delivery of my new Seat Ibiza FR TDi. I just wanted to say how good it was to be kept informed of the progress. I was impressed with the service I received from the moment I first came in to look at cars, with Jonathan quickly arranging test drives. He was thorough but not pushy throughout the sales negotiations and was very patient, even when I changed my mind 5 times about the colour I wanted!

I have just picked up my new car from Bristol Street Motors Seat Derby, and my husband and I both felt the need to write to you as the whole experience has been a delight from start to finish.

The car itself, a Leon TSI SE, is superb and although I was pleased with my previous car, an Ibiza, this feels like a different league. Anyway the main reason for writing was to mention Garry who sold us this car and my previous one. He has made the whole experience easy, painless and, most of all, enjoyable. He is excellent at his job. Knowledgable, helpful and not at all pushy which is important to me in this sort of transaction.
We have found all the staff a pleasure but Garry is exceptional. Thank him from us. We shall be back for my next SEAT in a few years time.
