£1.1M refurbishment unveiled at Waltham Cross dealership
Bristol Street Motors has unveiled its newly refurbished and expanded Vauxhall dealership in Waltham Cross, following a £1.1 million facelift.
The refurbishment of the Greater London dealership is part of a continued investment by Bristol Street Motors, part of Vertu Motors plc, across its network of dealerships nationwide.
The three-phase development saw the demolition of a former Ford dealership to make way for an expansive used car display area, and the redevelopment of a former ice cream factory into a new workshop and valeting area for the dealership’s growing number of Aftersales customers.
The final phase of the project saw a full refurbishment of the existing showroom and Aftersales buildings, in line with Vauxhall’s latest corporate identity guidelines. New customer lounges were created in both the Showroom and Aftersales service reception areas, ensuring an improved customer experience. The showroom was also extended to house seven display vehicles, whilst a further 10 sales desks and two offices were created to accommodate the dealership’s developing team.
To support the newly-expanded dealership, Bristol Street Motors has created roles for five entry-level sales executives and two positions for experienced technicians in the new workshop.
Keith Sullivan, General Manager at Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Waltham Cross, said: “We’re extremely pleased with the refurbishment. It is the result of huge investment by Bristol Street Motors and we can now offer our customers a greatly-improved service across both Sales and Aftersales. The site has a fresh, modern look and our customers have been extremely complimentary about the new facilities.
“The dealership is thriving with both the Sales and Aftersales departments growing, whilst we have received excellent customer reviews, which we put down to our ethos of always delivering the best possible service to all our customers.”
