French brand CitroŽn has bettered themself in this year's Auto Express Driver Power dealer rankings survey, climbing six places from 2014 and gaining a customer satisfaction rating of 85.72%.
The survey questioned 60,988 car owners 56% of who owned cars made in the previous three years - on their levels of satisfaction with their car and brand.
CitroŽn customers rated the fuel efficiency of their vehicles higher compared to owners of other brand cars. Survey participants named reliability as one of the most important factors contributing to a satisfactory ownership experience and nearly 30% of CitroŽn customers identified reliability as the best thing about their car.
The survey also questions factors such as the atmosphere and helpfulness offered in showrooms and service centres. CitroŽn franchised dealership scored sixth place overall for sales, and ninth for aftersales.
