The popular DS 4, which sold over 115,000 units worldwide since its launch in 2011, is to be replaced by an updated model, DS Automobiles have revealed.
The dynamic and elegant hatchback will also be joined by the all-new DS 4 Crossback, which is a versatile car with a raised ride height.
The DS 4 and DS 4 Crossback are essentially the same model, but with two different body styles.
A choice of six turbocharged engines is available for the two cars - three petrol and three diesel - all of which are Euro6 compliant, and boast low CO2 emissions of 100 138g/km.
More than 10 driving aids are installed in the luxury cars, in order to improve the driver and passengers' safety and comfort, including the SOS & Assistance pack, and the tracking pack, which helps to track the vehicle in case of theft.
Yves Bonnefont, CEO of DS Automobiles commented.: "DS embodies the spirit of avant-garde. In the case of New DS 4, the brand's spirit is expressed through an offering made up of two body styles: a new premium hatchback and an unprecedented new offer: DS 4 Crossback, with elegant go-anywhere style. With such complementary vehicles, the DS brand is clearly stating its ambition, and its ability, to meet customer expectations."
