The Ford Ka ranks in Honest John's list of the top ten small hatchback models currently on sale in the UK.

According to the reviews website, the car is stylish, modern and fun to drive, and is based on the popular Fiat 500.

Unveiled for the first time at the Paris Motor Show in 2008, the car features more sporty handling than its Fiat counterpart, while its intelligent protection system integrates airbags, restraint systems and seating technologies for enhanced safety.

It is available in four trim levels - Studio, Style, Style+ and Zetec.

Optional features include Bluetooth mobile phone connectivity, a USB port and steering wheel media controls.

"Suspension, steering and chassis have been tuned by Ford engineering specialists to deliver the most exciting driving dynamics of any small car. [It is] efficient to run and environmentally friendly with two economical, low emission Fiat engines," Honest John noted.

The Ka was originally released in the UK in 1996.ADNFCR-3205-ID-800359645-ADNFCR
