Vauxhall Carlisle wins award for customer service

Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Carlisle has been named by a nationwide scheme as its most improved partner in the region.

The Parkhouse Road dealership has received the Motability Scheme’s Quarter 1 Most Improved Award after dramatically increasing its customer satisfaction reviews during the first business quarter of the year.

The scheme enables disabled people and war pensioners to exchange their benefit payments for a new car, scooter or powered wheelchair and is designed to improve their independence.

The Motability Scheme is available to those who receive the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance, the Enhanced Rate of the Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment, War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement or Armed Forces Independence Payment. Those eligible can exchange their weekly payment to lease a new car through the Motability Scheme. Insurance, servicing, RAC breakdown assistance and replacement tyres are included in the cost of the lease.
