Vauxhall to give Geneva debut to ADAM S
The Geneva Motor Show will be hosting the debut of the latest top-of-the-range performance city car model from Vauxhall - the ADAM S.
It is a design that hasn't been on the market for too long, but Vauxhall is ready to push ahead with new versions of the ADAM.
The S model comes with a 1.4-litre Turbo ECOTEC engine, sports-tuned suspension, VXR braking system and distinctive styling, known as 'Red 'n Roll'.
An exclusive for the ADAM S, the powertrain delivers 50 per cent more horsepower and 70 per cent more torque over its naturally-aspirated predecessor.
Twinned to a six-speed manual gearbox, the ADAM S is capable of reaching speeds as fast as 137mph.
The Red 'n Roll theme is delivered in red body paint, with an anthracite grey roof and a special rear spoiler. The grille brand bar and door mirror caps also offer a sporty carbon-look, according to the manufacturer.
Furthermore, the close-to-production model comes with LED daytime running and rear tail lights, electronic climate control and Vauxhall's IntelliLink system - a feature that offers state-of-the-art connectivity and apps.
