Vauxhall Vivaro begins Help the Heroes tour

Vauxhall has created a customised van to collect funds generated through its Help the Heroes campaign.

The Vauxhall Vivaro Sportive Double Cab 2.0 CDTi has been commissioned to collect 17 of the largest cheques from the company's national network of retailers following the launch of the two-year fundraising partnership in April.

According to the manufacturer, the customised Vauxhall Vivaro boasts the Help the Heroes livery and images of Fort Knox and has been dubbed the Vivaro Vault.

Speaking at an event that saw the van set off on its journey from the company's Luton headquarters, Vauxhall managing director Duncan Aldred said the company has a strong history of supporting British armed forces.

"Vauxhall is proud of its employees and retailers who are continuing to support combat personnel through Help for Heroes," Mr Aldred added.

A review of the Vauxhall Vivaro by Vans United notes its "bold and futuristic sytle", as well as its everyday practicality and comfort.ADNFCR-3205-ID-800024211-ADNFCR
