I would like to say how professional the Sales Executive was when I went into Bristol Street Motors at Derby. They were such a genuinely nice person who did everything they could to make sure everything was to our satisfaction when we bought our car from them. Nothing was too much trouble. Just popped in today to look at Motability vehicles. The level of service supplied was absolutely excellent. We met the Sales Executive, who was superb, the manner and level of service was beyond what I had expected. I just could not fault in their ENTHUSIASM and professionalism. It has ended up with us choosing a Nissan as our next car. The staff made this possible. The General Manager was also down to earth and honest. Clearly very proud of his staff and unit. Having previously worked over 12 years within customer service I must commend the staff there.
Their knowledge was excellent.
They clearly explained every detail from start to finish in what I was buying, and when the car did arrive on Friday they went through the vehicle with me and even set up the radio channels.

The salesmen were all a true credit to the company and I thoroughly recommend anyone purchasing a car there.
I also look forward to coming back in 4 years' time to �swap' my Juke for another one!
