Visited Nissan Derby this morning as my Qashqai would not start the night before and the battery was flat. The service department were exceptional in managing to squeeze my car in on the last day before Xmas. They arranged a lift for me into Derby city centre whilst my car was being sorted out plus a pickup back later on. Nothing was too much trouble for the driver. Fantastic service.
