I would personally like to thank the Service desk at Halifax Nissan for all their help when it came to my vehicle. Although the issue with my car was minor it still took several weeks to complete due to parts being ordered and my work/life balance. The Service advisor stayed in regular contact throughout the whole process, my car was cleaned inside and outside on every visit and the work completed was prompt. I look forward to seeing the team in March when my car will be coming in for its first service. Keep up the good work Nissan and thank you again, you have a very professional team at Halifax.

We bought this car from Lightcliffe Nissan 3 years ago. they did not give the radio code which was not a problem until a week ago. A minor fault with the car necessitated the negative terminal of the battery being disconnected - hence no radio. I explained this to an advisor n at BSM Nissan Halifax and he accepted the fault was inherited with the takeover and very kindly arranged for the radio code to be recovered. As I live in Kidderminster the work was done at Derby (nearest dealer to me ) and free of charge. The service at both Halifax and Derby was excellent. I cannot recommend both BSM distributors highly enough - job well done

Everything is far, far better. It's a case of the overall approach, from the Manager saying, "Any problems at all, feel free to come back to me", to meeting the sales executives and the receptionists.

They were friendly, helpful. I can't fault them at all.
